With Bouncie GPS trackers in your loaners, every car on the Rental Fleet shows where it is and whether it's parked or moving. Open Shop Settings > Integrations > Bouncie.

Connect Bouncie

  1. On the Bouncie Developer Portal, create an application for your shop.
  2. Register the Redirect URI shown on TEKTUNE's Bouncie page in that application.
  3. Copy the application's Client ID and Client Secret into TEKTUNE and click Save Credentials.
  4. Click Connect Bouncie, sign in to Bouncie and allow access. The page shows Connected.

Pair trackers with your cars

  1. Under Vehicle Trackers, every tracker on your Bouncie account is listed with its live data. Click Sync Now to refresh.
  2. Assign a tracker to a rental car. Its location and running status start syncing right away.
  3. Use Clear Assignment to unpair it.

Where you'll see it

  • Each tracked car on the Rental Fleet shows its location and Parked or moving. Parked at your address shows as at the shop.
  • Tap a car's location to open the Vehicle Map with every tracked car.
  • In the car's Vehicle history, Location History shows each trip: where it started and ended, distance and top speed. A sudden jump that couldn't be a real drive is marked as a likely unplugged tracker and left out of the mileage. Managers can open Show trip log for the details behind each trip.

Turning it off

The Bouncie integration switch at the top turns tracking off: updates are ignored and the map, locations and Location History are hidden. Your tracker pairings are kept. Disconnect removes the connection to your Bouncie account.
