Lockboxes

The Lockboxes block on the board replaces the whiteboard by your key drop: each box shows who it's for and keeps its code a click away.

Use a lockbox

1. Click the pencil on a lockbox.
2. Type the customer's name and the code, then click Save.
3. The code is hidden as dots - click the eye button to show or hide it.
4. When the keys are picked up, open the lockbox and click Reset to mark it available.

Lockbox codes are never shown on a shop dashboard TV.

When you send a rental agreement for electronic signature, you can assign a lockbox there - the customer gets the code only after they sign.

Add or remove lockboxes

Administrator Managers: open Shop Settings > Lockboxes.

1. Type a name under New lockbox name (for example "Lockbox 4") and click Add lockbox.
2. Click Remove to delete one.

A shop can have up to 100 lockboxes. A lockbox's name can't be changed after it's created - remove it and add a new one instead.
