Set up your account

When an Administrator Manager adds you, TEKTUNE emails you an invite. It takes about two minutes to get going.

1. Choose your password

1. Open the email from TEKTUNE and click the link. It works once and lasts 7 days.
2. The page shows the shop you're joining and your username (your email).
3. Type a new password twice - at least 10 characters. A short sentence works well.
4. Click Save password.

If the link has expired, ask your Administrator Manager to resend your invite, or use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

2. Sign in

Sign in with your email and new password - see Signing in. The first time on a new phone or computer, TEKTUNE sends you a 6-digit code to prove it's you.

3. Choose your PIN

The first time you sign in, TEKTUNE asks you to pick a 4-digit PIN. On the shop's shared computers you'll switch in with it instead of typing your email and password.

1. Type a 4-digit PIN, then type it again.
2. Click Save PIN.

4. Add a profile photo (optional)

Next, TEKTUNE suggests a profile photo so your team can tell who's who in messages and on the task board. Click Choose a photo, or Skip for now - you can add one later from your profile.

5. The welcome tour

New team members get a short tour of the board. Follow it with Next, or close it - it won't come back.
