Shop Info: name, address, logo and timezone

Set your shop's name, address, logo and timezone - used on agreements, forms, the time clock and GPS trackers.

Open Shop Settings > Shop Info.

Click Upload Logo and choose a PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 8 MB. Your logo appears on rental agreements, the kiosk and dashboard screens. Hover it and click Change to replace it.

Name and address

  1. Enter the shop name, street address, city, state and ZIP.
  2. Click Save.

TEKTUNE finds your shop on the map from the address. That location is what the time clock checks people against, and how GPS trackers know a car is parked at the shop. If the address can't be found, TEKTUNE says so - check the spelling, and leave out the suite number if there is one.

Timezone

Choose your shop's timezone and click Save. It decides when "today" starts for daily tasks and the dates printed on agreements and time cards.
