Time clock settings

Turn on the time clock

The time clock is off until you turn it on in Modules and Permissions. Dashboard screens never use it.

Location check

Open Shop Settings > Time Clock. Clock In and Clock Out only work on-site: each one checks the phone or computer's location against the shop address from Shop Info.

• Location verification shows whether TEKTUNE has your shop's location. If it doesn't, fix the address in Shop Info.
• Clock In/Out radius (feet) is how far from the shop counts as at the shop - 250 feet by default, from 50 to 2,000. Click Save radius.

A phone's location reading also has to be accurate enough to count, so a larger lot may need a larger radius.

Review and correct shifts in the gear menu > Time Clock - see Time clock.
