Add rental cars

Add your loaner cars, set each one's rental status, and edit or remove them.

Open the gear menu > Vehicles.

Add a car

  1. Click + New Car.
  2. Enter the license plate, year, make and model. The VIN is optional.
  3. Add the Tire pressure spec and Oil change due at mileage - inspections compare against them.
  4. Drag the fuel slider to the current fuel level, and click Add vehicle.

Rental status

Each car's status is set here too: Ready for rental, Being Serviced or Out of Service. Only cars marked Ready for rental can be signed out from the board. A car that's out, or being inspected, keeps its status until it's back.

Edit or remove a car

Click Edit to change a car's details, Vehicle history to see everything recorded for it, or Delete to remove it.
