Billing and your plan

Open Shop Settings > Billing. Payments are handled securely by Stripe - TEKTUNE never sees your card details.

Choose a plan

Under Choose a plan, click Choose on the plan you want. You pay with your card right there, and the plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Manage billing

Click Manage billing to:

• Change card - the new card is used from now on, and a payment that failed is tried again.
• Switch plan - the price difference is worked out for the rest of the month.
• Turn Automatic renewal off or back on. With it off, TEKTUNE keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for - then your team loses access until a plan is chosen again.
• See your Invoices and download them as PDF.

Reminders

Administrator Managers get a message and a notification 7, 3 and 1 days before a trial or plan ends without renewing, and every few days while a payment has failed. If a plan lapses, TEKTUNE shows a page explaining how to get going again - your shop's information is kept.

Complimentary accounts show that there's nothing to pay.
