Rental agreement template
Write your shop's rental agreement once, with blocks that fill in the customer, car, mileage and fuel on every sign-out.
Open Shop Settings > Rental Agreements. This is the agreement every rental sign-out prints or sends for electronic signature.
Edit the agreement
- Type your agreement on the page, or paste it from a document.
- Use the toolbar for bold, italic, underline, headings, font size, alignment and lists.
- Drag the blue blocks onto the page where each detail goes: Customer Name, Year / Make / Model, License Plate, Fuel Level, Phone Number, Current Mileage, Current Date and Shop Logo. They're filled in for each rental.
- Click Preview to see it with sample details, then Save.
Agreements already made
Editing the template never changes agreements that were already printed or signed - each one is kept exactly as it was, in the car's Vehicle history.
The wording customers agree to when signing electronically (consent, the license and insurance notices) is set by TEKTUNE for every shop - your template is the agreement itself.
